PLEASE REMEMBER - When ordering WIN PICTURES there is a MINIMUM ORDER Required PER WIN.  You are required to purchase from the "Required Minimum Order" menu for EVERY WIN.  There are certain items that you can not order (such as 4x6 prints or Low Res digitals) until you have ordered a minimum of an 8x10 OR a High-Res digital PER WIN.

If you are trying to leave a comment or a note on an image in your shopping cart, you MUST click the "Update Note" icon before clicking next.  If you do not save the note before proceeding, WE WILL NOT SEE IT.  Also know that we will NOT change a dog's conformation.  DO NOT ask us to move feet or change a topline, we WILL NOT DO THAT.

​Due to government cutbacks at the USPS​, mail is SLOW.  Please do not contact us to look for your PRINT order until at least 3-4 weeks have passed from the time you receive the shipping notice. Please understand that hard-copy prints may take a month or more to receive...depending upon our lab and the USPS. If you need your image sooner than 4-6 weeks, please order a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD.

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, please remember that YOU MUST ACTUALLY DOWNLOAD IT from your account.
